A new Culture Compass for Europe
The Culture Compass for Europe is the EU new strategic framework for culture. It is designed to replace the previous European Agenda for Culture by placing culture at the heart of EU policies—including democracy, security and competitiveness—while providing a long-term vision and promoting broader access to culture for all European citizens.
